What Are Credits?
Credits are Klipvo's unit of account for AI generations. Every time you generate a video or image, credits are deducted from your balance. The cost is shown before you click Generate, so there are no hidden fees.
What Affects the Cost?
Three factors determine how many credits a generation costs:

Model. Each model has its own upstream cost profile. Premium video models and higher-resolution image models use more credits.

Resolution. Video uses 480p, 720p, or 1080p where supported. Image models use provider-specific tiers such as 1K, 2K, 3K, or 4K.

Duration and audio. Video duration affects cost. Native audio can also increase cost on models that support it.

How to Maximize Value
- Draft at lower settings. Use lower resolution or shorter video duration while exploring prompt ideas.
- Use the prompt optimizer. Turn rough ideas into model-ready prompts before spending credits on a final generation.
- Choose the right model. Do not default to the most expensive model. Seedream 5.0 is efficient for images, while Sora 2, Veo 3.1, and Kling 3.0 each shine in different video workflows.
- Check image resolution. Nano Banana 2 and Seedream 5.0 expose different resolution tiers, so the cheapest useful setting depends on the model.
Plans and Credit Allowances

Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a provider or platform error, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not pay for failed attempts.
