Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and failed generations are handled.

01.Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on Klipvo (klipvo.com). It applies to all subscription plans, one-time credit packs, and any other paid products offered through the Service.

By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to this policy. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.

02.Refund window

Subscriptions (monthly and annual). You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, provided you have not consumed more than 10% of the credits allocated for that billing period.

One-time credit packs. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits from the pack.

After the 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

03.When you can get a refund

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • Accidental or duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same purchase, or a charge was made without your authorization.
  • Unused credits within the refund window. You purchased a plan or pack and have not consumed credits beyond the threshold above.
  • Platform outage. A sustained platform failure prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of your billing period, and credits were not automatically refunded.
  • Billing error. You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error.

04.When refunds are not available

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • Credits have already been consumed (used for successful generations that produced downloadable output).
  • The 7-day refund window has passed.
  • You violated our Acceptable Use Policy and your account was suspended or terminated.
  • You are dissatisfied with the subjective quality of AI-generated output. AI results are inherently variable; a successful generation that produced output is considered delivered.
  • A specific AI model became temporarily unavailable, but other models on the platform remained accessible.

05.Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a provider error, platform error, or timeout, the credits deducted for that generation are automatically refunded to your balance. No action is required on your part.

Automatic credit refunds typically appear within seconds. If you believe a failed generation was not refunded, contact us and we will investigate.

06.Cancellation and remaining credits

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can continue using your remaining credits until that date.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • We do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period, except within the 7-day refund window described above.

07.Refund processing time

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are processed through our payment partner and returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

08.How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@klipvo.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The order or transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • The date of purchase.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

09.Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us first at support@klipvo.com. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is under review.

10.Payment service provider

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment partner (Creem), which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions. Refund processing is subject to the payment provider's policies and timelines in addition to this policy.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
