Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot do with Klipvo.

01.Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Klipvo at klipvo.com, including prompts you submit, reference media you upload, content you generate, and your general account behavior.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is a violation of the Terms.

02.Prohibited content

You may not use Klipvo to create, upload, or distribute any of the following:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers minors. This includes AI-generated imagery of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.
  • Non-consensual intimate content. Deepfakes, synthetic nude imagery, or intimate depictions of real people created without their explicit consent.
  • Adult / NSFW content. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or gratuitously violent material.
  • Hate speech and harassment. Content that promotes hatred, incites violence, or targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Terrorism and extremism. Content that promotes, glorifies, or recruits for terrorist organizations or violent extremist ideologies.
  • Impersonation and identity abuse.Unauthorized use of real people's likenesses, including celebrities and public figures, in misleading or defamatory contexts.
  • Intellectual property infringement. Content that copies or closely imitates copyrighted works, trademarks, brand logos, or protected fictional characters without authorization.
  • Misleading content. Deliberately deceptive political, medical, financial, or legal content designed to mislead the public or manipulate opinion.

03.Prohibited activities

You may not use Klipvo to:

  • Engage in fraud, phishing, scams, or any form of financial deception.
  • Conduct or facilitate illegal transactions, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
  • Create malware, exploit code, or content designed to compromise computer systems or networks.
  • Circumvent law enforcement, evade legal processes, or obstruct justice.
  • Bypass platform safety systems, rate limits, credit enforcement, or content filters.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content in ways that burden our infrastructure or violate our Terms.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without a written agreement from Klipvo.
  • Coordinate inauthentic behavior, spam, or manipulation of online platforms using generated content.

04.Content moderation

Klipvo employs automated and manual content moderation to enforce this policy:

  • Input screening. Prompts and uploaded reference media may be automatically screened before being sent to AI providers. Content that triggers safety filters may be rejected before generation begins.
  • Output review. Generated outputs may be reviewed by automated systems. Content flagged as potentially violating this policy may be withheld or removed.
  • Human review. Flagged content may be escalated for human review when automated systems cannot make a confident determination.

We reserve the right to review any content on the platform at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.

05.Enforcement and consequences

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Rejection of the specific generation request.
  • Removal of violating content from the platform.
  • Temporary suspension of your account.
  • Permanent termination of your account and access.
  • Forfeiture of remaining credits without refund.
  • Reporting to law enforcement where we believe illegal activity has occurred.

Severe violations (particularly CSAM, terrorism content, or credible threats of violence) may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

06.Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The prompts you submit and reference media you upload.
  • The generated outputs you download, share, or publish.
  • Ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.
  • Any consequences arising from your use of the Service or the content you create.

Klipvo is a tool. The responsibility for how it is used rests with the user.

07.Reporting violations and appeals

If you encounter content on Klipvo that you believe violates this policy, or if you believe your account was actioned in error, please contact us:

  • Report a violation: Email support@klipvo.com with a description of the content and any relevant details.
  • Appeal an enforcement action: Email support@klipvo.com with your account email and an explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.

We aim to respond to reports and appeals within 5 business days.

08.Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
